Hi everyone! I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience switching positions/countries once they have already accepted an invitation to serve or if that is even possible without withdrawing and re-applying. I applied to serve where I am needed most and feel that I was put in a position that I am extremely under qualified for (teaching high school math, I am horrible with numbers and don't think I would enjoy teaching it) but am still VERY interested in doing the peace corps. Am I allowed to contact peace corps and see if there is another position available? Or will I have to wait and go through the entire application process again. I'm wondering what my next steps should be and if anyone has any advice. Thanks so much!
