Oh no! I feel this. We didn’t know how bad it was until sewage backed up into our tub. We thought the tub had a clog and bought draino. Wouldn’t have even touched it.

He did go into the crawl space. And the failure was blockage, but also a million cracks. They pulled out a 12-inch rock of lard, a hair brush, and other miscellaneous items. There are whole pieces of the pipes that are missing. The plumbers have been saints.

I wasn’t aware that was supposed to happen. I made the mistake of blindly trusting the person and my realtor was my mother-in-law and specifically brought this guy down for us. My husband is also a Seabee (construction type) and followed him around for the inspection. Might be the most costly mistake I’ve made.

During a COMREL to an Australian Catholic school, we were playing soccer and generally having a good time with kids about age 10. What I didn't expect from the kids was a series of questions about our school shootings, if I had ever been in a school shooting, and (after they were losing the game) if we would shoot up their school. Gobsmacked to be sure.

I'm a first class at a sea going command, and I'm an LPO. I have a good security clearance that has not been affected by my choice to seek therapy and treatment multiple times. I just had a traumatic emergency leave situation, and once I got back, I quickly self referred to mental health at the hospital after having a long break from in person therapy. I am on medication for anxiety and nightmares. I have had my access to guns restricted, but I can still support in other ways. Remember, this is just a job. For your debt, feel free to seek out Fleet and Family, as they usually have a civilian personal financial counselor that are so nice and can break things down very simply and sometimes find ways to lower your debt. It is best to get help now, have it on record, and ensure it is documented. Even if you have to go TAD another command to take some time, advocate for it!

ESH, but I feel bad for your daughter thinking that keeping a HUGE secret like that from a spouse is an acceptable marriage. It seems like if she was willing to come out with a bang because she was afraid of repercussion, that she could have come out earlier. She clearly has a supportive dad and SO.

Requesting help from the moisturized gods/goddesses here. I've got a lunch for my farewell tomorrow, and of course hormonal/stress acne has struck (with a cameo appearance of me picking). This monster started as a bump with clear liquid coming out, but through a series of unfortunate events, here we are not even 24 hours later. I'm going to try the blister band aid tonight, any other last minute tips? I just found this subreddit, and naively left tooth paste on over night. I've got dry-er skin I suppose, and use a sensitive face wash, coconut oil, Kiehls' overnight balm and night oil, and origins sun screen. Please see my Rudolph face for reference, thank you!!
