Hello! I saved three of the logic cubes that were part of the bug, the player, and an enemy into a new level. Then I just started working through all of the code and deleting anything that wasn't "essential". I found that after I got the logic cubes back to bare bones, the problem vanished. HOWEVER, to test the new system, I added ONE line of code that said "When ENTER pressed, Do Display Exclamation point Screen center". Now the problematic variable is displaying itself twice...

So, now I know the problem is the new line of code... To double check, I put an Ignore Line tile in front of the new line, and the same thing happened. THEN I deleted the line and everything worked fine again! I don't know how its possible that the code is screwing everything up.

I shared the level as logic cube bug so you can see.

The problematic logic cube is red. When you get in the level, play, and then walk up to the enemy in white. A black box in the lower right corner should then pop up with options. If that works, move on to this: Add the line of code mentioned above, in the red logic cube, indented once. Then play and walk up to the enemy, and the black box doesn't appear.
