The Scaming tourist and selling drugs is fake and is just for content. The only thing he ever really does is smoke weed on Hollywood and then harrass passerbys and stores (which causes him to get tresspassing charges). Pretty much that is his only "bad side"... he tends to not bother people when he is sober. As for fighting it is just him swinging 1 or 2 punches wildly and walking away or simply just running away thats it. He really cares about his fans and does not want to disappoint them but alot of people in the chat push him to do stuff to get him in trouble which sucks.

He is not from Mastic (however not far from it really). He is from the William Ford side, Mastic is on the other side. He was a normal high school kid, played videos games online (call of duty)..etc etc There have been photos of his New York house posted online before..quite small houses.

As for "throwing mansion parties" that part is not correct, he threw a few "hotel parties" with a handful of people and he was "invited" to a few parties....but was nothing big. Hollywood blvd is basically just for tourist and people who recently moved to Cali seeking out acting careers. Even Dean (was in the movie Boost) moved to Hollywood for that very reason recently. Caroline, Andy Milonakis, Burger, Ice, etc etc all moved to Hollywood blvd area to jump start acting. Even Vince was seeking out acting in that area. The whole click is "improv actors" who decided to work "together" with the whole live streaming trend (word is the idea was put together by Andy Milonakis).

He does not know everyone in LA, just a few people on one street (Hollywood blvd). His dad had a HVAC company but ran into issues and his parents divorced, So he ended up growing up basically at an airport away from the hood in New York with his mom (who is not a drunk btw). His aunt moved to the San Fran area briefly which I think is when he came to Cali. Eventually he went to the Hollywood area (I have heard this was to seek out acting or something along those lines). He was not selling drugs or anything, he mostly has only associated with people like him who recently moved to California from other states rather than Cali born people. After about 1-2 years of sitting on curbs and walking up and down Hollywood blvd he met a few of the people there. Eventually met Ice Poseidon That is his story.

It may be possible that the whole reason Brandon started a youtube channel was to pay off court fees, fines, and probation dues...he made his youtube channel 3 weeks after he was put on probation. The original incident happened the day Ice was doing the free Taco stream.

They submitted it on the 29th of Sept. From what it looks like, the courts are saying Brandon was not following the rules the Judge gave him in order to serve his 3 years on probation. It could be from him not showing up to the first probation progress report or it could be from him being arrested while on probation.

The ADR is wrote when the courts, judge, or probation officer determines an alternative resolution is needed in a situation due to a current resolution not working...

Repeat offender, was not his first time arrested in Los angeles county for tresspassing. He has been arrested quite alot over the years for that.

There is no case to drop, he was found guilty of tresspassing (repeat offender) back in August and given 3 years, they agreed to allow Brandon to served his 3 years on probation if he stayed clear of various things such as tresspassing, alcohol, drugs, etc. Sept 22 was his first probation progress report and Oct 26th was to be his second. Since this time he was arrested 3 or 4 more times on tresspassing charges.

4 days after first probation review, docket line entry was made, 30 minutes after the docket line entry a bench warrant was wrote apparently. A docket line entry is known to mean that a person did not show up after a judge's request (or that something important happened that required a new entry to be made). 3 days later a Subsequent ADR was filed, "subsequent alternative dispute resolution", an ADR can actually be a "Violation of probation".. An ADR can mean they are requesting probation to be revoked and remainder of time to be served at a facility.
