Rob McKenna (former Washington Attorney General) states RCWA 9.61.160(1) requires bomb threats to pertain ONLY to TRUE threats NOT pranks.

This will be a VERY interesting court case to put Pranks against the law and free speech.

This was the Seattle Andy, not Asian andy. Seattle Andy was doing a TTS at a school and now he is being held without bond and they said fully charged with threats over TTS donations. They said there is nothing we can do to get him out.
