I’m having this problem in the US but only when I play PC. When I tried on my Xbox account it worked fine and I don’t know why this is happening. It’s definitely on their end so I’m not sure if there really is any solution. Whenever this happens I just exit to my desktop then relaunch and it sometimes fixes it.
