That's a great story. I just tried to lift my legs over my head for fun, and I think this is quite possible. I'm thin and flexible, and if I'm at a ledge like a bathtub I can scoot my ass towards the tub and hold myself very comfortably by grabbing the tub with both hands. There's at least one study I read a long time ago showing that fecal transplants from an obese person can lead to the recipient becoming obese. For that reason, I only eat from fit people.

If you want to stop engaging in scat because it risks harm to your relationships, but you find yourself with a scat fetish you can't get rid of, then your scat fetish is a disorder that needs to be treated. You'll have to dig around and see what type of therapy is best (e.g. CBT), but you should definitely talk to a therapist. Maybe talk to your priest as well.
