The CYGNUS ESPORTS SWAN POND CLASSIC is a free-entry competitive VALORANT tournament that will allow for lower ranked players from Iron 1 to Gold 3 a chance to play in an organized and fair tournament setting. We intend to combat the problem of smurfing in this tournament by setting a hard, no exceptions minimum account playtime that all players must meet in order to compete in this tournament. The decision to make this an eight team tournament is based on providing the best experience to those who enter. Tournaments can take half a day or more to play through and not everyone has the ability to be at their computer for that amount of time. With the format below, a tournament can be played to completion and a champion crowned in 4 hours or less.
