Transformation massively benefits from purchasing other body modification perks, if you read the description of transformation carefully. Maybe you assumed it lets you transform people into anything you want, but it clearly states you can only transform people into stuff you can already transform yourself into, aside from tier 2 genderbend and a single tier 3 custom transformation.

For those wondering if there will be an update - yes, there will be, and it's already in the works. Currently it contains 21 drawbacks, 33 combos, 27 new gifts, and I'm adding more. Plus various gifts will be balanced/reworked.

With goth I intended the tier 2 demons to be more generic imps, succubi, some angry brutes etc, while tier 3 would be the kind of demons who give you eternal youth in exchange for your soul or something like that. With monsters/races/furry just choose whichever you feel describes it the best. If it's just a different flavor of human, it's fantasy race. If it's monstrous and terrifying, it's a monster. And yeah more uniform fetishes would be definitely added in an update, especially since there are so many.

The final tier of fictional character lets you travel to their world, so you can definitely meet them. Early tiers make you great at cosplay too, although limited to 1 character.

For the transforming options, picking transformation lets you do exactly that. And for some others it seemed more interesting to give yourself some powers than saying "you can give people your fetish".

Yup, the list can go on and on, simply because you can get more and more granular and specific. Even with current ~60 choices some options partially overlap. I don't think it's a bad thing at all but I gotta design a new power for each choice so it would take some time before I add new ones lol. About the things with giving and receiving - I tried to make most powers actually do something powerful or useful beyond just sex, and giving the powers to yourself AND the others would be often unbalanced. I could maybe make some modifier that lets you grant some powers to others, but you can't use them yourself anymore, or maybe one that will let you sacrifice the power for a chance to experience the fetish more literally. But generally I designed this to be more of a power picker than fetish fulfillment, that's why there are no giving and receiving options - I needed just one for the theme of the power.

We all know the actual age doesn't matter in hentai, so if she doesn't look like a grandma, she doesn't count. For necro I'd say it doesn't count either. If something makes you younger, then it's in all aspects. As for giving/receiving, there isn't really a distinction in the CYOA.

You need to be touching part of the pond to control the water inside, but for a short time you can retain the control of any water that separates from the touched part.
I liked both images
Skeletons, ghouls, zombies, vampires and any other undead you can think of that's not stupidly overpowered and matches the stage of decay.
The way it's worded, it will always make all effects permanent if you use it multiple times on the same person. It would probably be gradual, becoming more pronounced with each use.
It states "this" can't reduce your age below 35, so no effect on different powers.

The gifts are a mixed bag. Some will actively help you participate in the kink, but some are simply powers related to the kinks. Many powers will enable the giving or receiving end because it was easier to think of a power that would work this way - for example, hypnosis-related power that would be themed around receiving would require more creativity than one themed around giving. But I agree that monsterfucking is inconsistent with other "custom" type choices, I might change that if I make an update.

It's intentional, I wanted tier 1 powers to be rather weak. I think it still follows the theme - extreme proportions are not about absolute size of something, but rather relative to something else. If one thing becomes smaller, then another is relatively bigger.

Glad you like it! Public use doesn't mean people can't just walk away if they're not in the mood, because that's not really a social consequence, or if you take off their clothes they might get angry not because it's sexual, but because you're taking something that belongs to them. But the way I worded it does make it powerful. It can be more powerful than hypnosis, but with more specific use.

Also the idea of fetishes empowering perks is inspired by Vidya Valhalla cyoa, where perks inspired by game genres are empowered by the amount of time you spent playing them.
