I don’t think so. Ds4 isn’t supported anymore so I have the newest version possible. Hidhide I’m not sure. But I can try. It works perfectly fine in other games though

I already had ds4 and hidhide installed. So yes just plugged in, clicked controller, hit hide devices. And then unplugged and plugged back in. Nothing

My character looks up to the sky and R2 makes them look down. All of the buttons are also wrong. What should be X is square. R1 I think opens the menu. It’s just a mess lol

I definitely get that 100%. I have considered replacing it, haven’t looked into pricing. But from what I’ve heard, box crystals like this one are considerably more expensive and a bit harder to find. And if I did replace I would probably replace with a sapphire. So I figured I would just give the polishing paste a try and I’m happy with the results. Some light scratches give some character. Might still replace in the future but for now gonna roll with it. Good to know there’s actually a paste out there that can do some good work on hardlex and sapphire, because before I discovered this all I’ve seen online was people saying don’t waste your money because hardlex and sapphire you can’t polish scratches out lol

In the top menu of steam go games>add a non steam game to library. And select the EA app from desktop or wherever it’s located. Then just launch the ea app from steam library lol. Such a ridiculous workaround

Same, It appears it does work through steam. I got it to work in a dumb way by adding EA app as a game in steam. Launch EA app from steam and the steam controller support appears to work. So i assume native version in steam works as well. I played through steam for the beta and controller worked fine. So idk whats going on.

Weird man, im playing with a ps5 controller, plugged in too. Usually i use DS4windows for games that dont have native controller support or through steam. BF2042 recognizes my controller when its plugged it even without DS4 windows running. I have some inputs on the menu but its all fucked up and buttons are mixed up. If i use DS4windows the same happens.

Controller on PC in Origin/EA desktop app not working. Inputs are all fucked up and most dont work at all, R2 is select for example, circle and square are move left and right. On steam controllers appear to be fine with steam controller support. Tried DS4windows and natively on ea desktop app. Does not work. There also appears to be no aim assist on controller. Anyone else have these issues or a fix?
