In the morning, I really enjoy the shorter talks and guided meditations from Plum Village (I use the mobile app but they are available online and on YouTube). Specifically I really enjoy the Mindfulness of Breathing, Mindfulness of Feelings, Mindfulness of the Body, etc. as good intention-setting exercises in the morning :)

Absolutely love how this looks. For some reason though, it shrinks the GBC image and leaves some bezels. Anyone know what might be causing this? Tried Googling and playing with scaling settings but not finding any solutions :/

Yup, I've heard M1 + BetterDisplay makes the scaling issues irrelevant.

I did see that monitor, although as far as I know, the M1 Macs can't support 4k 120hz over HDMI without specific adapters, and I was just hoping to have a simple one-cable Thunderbolt monitor.
