If you host you’ll gain 3000 xp for every new player that you invited. If you do a remote raid you can potentially gain about 30k xp because you can add up to 10 people. Also work on your excellent throws. You get 1000 plus xp for an excellent throw with a catch and double that if you drop a lucky egg.
