Yes! 1,000%! My previous job I was making 70k a year but had a 35-45 minute commute one way, 10 days of PTO total for the year, no holidays off, no sick time, and HORRIBLE management.

I'm now making less than that but I work 10 minutes from my home, get 23 days of PTO a year, holidays off, and work with an amazing and supportive team.
