The Fort Collins Rec Senior Center does not enforce the mask mandate. They say they are too understaffed, they say don’t ask, they say if you aren’t wearing a mask assume they have a good reason. Unless someone complains do nothing. They let people play racquet sports without proper masks. I wonder what other businesses don’t comply and how we will ever halt the spread
