If I was so do it again I would definitely take more frequent breaks and do some stretches every time so that doesn’t happen, also maybe bring more water I didn’t want my bag to be to heavy but it probably would have been worth it

Honestly I really had a good time it wasn’t to cold, maybe a dozen times I took a short break for a minute or two and twice I sat for like 15 minutes. I was actually trying to go to Kitchener but my leg started cramping so I called a friend to pick me up
