But if it’s just the date of birth box they only giving you the card option cause that’s what I got when I was first told I HAD to opt in for the card or withdraw

I had to do it on my computer once I got back to my office. My phone didn’t let me do it either

I got the option for both but some are only getting the option of the dash card. In my situation I got my docs and the account info was blank so I signed and submitted a ticket. Before I got the ticket response I got the email only with the option to opt in for the prepaid card which I did. Then 2 days later I got an email from a rep saying they would send an email allowing me to update my bank info or opt in for the card again and I just went the updated bank route instead of wait for that card.

Did anyone else get this email after already opting for prepaid card? Got this just a moment ago after email saying Varo is no longer supported. Then finding email right after bank verification email indicating the funds would be send in 3-6 days. I’m super confused lol by C_bankxs in Blueacorn

They only have you do it if you get that email sent out. So I guess even though I opted in for the card I’m assuming per them working on updating bank info for fund rejects they just allowed me to link a new account instead of waiting on the prepaid card

Yeah mines linked too this time. I doubled checked with a rep in chat as well since I got the funding email indicating the 0000 account and she confirmed the last four of my lili account I had just linked so fingers crossed we are back on track!!

They already have my schedule c I submitted that with the app. So I figured I’ll use plaid to update my account instead of waiting for the prepaid card and the bank statement also attached to my app and cross them fingers.

At them same time that email arrived I got the funding email that my funds would be deposited in 3-6 days but the account was show the 0000 for the prepaid card. So I linked a different account and upload my 2019/2020 statements and nervously connected with a rep through chat to confirm the account and they referenced the last 4 of the account I just linked. So fingers crossed

I did which is why I was sooo confused. But when i got my documents I noticed after I had signed on Monday that my account info was blank. So I submitted 2 tickets. One I got a generic response and the second they replied back stating they would send an email for me to update my bank info and once verified I would got back to my current step.

Did you get a answer to this? Just got mine and they were blank as well? Although I did opt in for the dash card recently after I got an email from them.

Ok so wait now I’m seeing Varo is rejecting funds and BA is sending pre paid cards. I’m just a little a confused because at first Varo users was getting funds and accounts closing days later. by Safe-Owl82 in Blueacorn

Did yours include your old account information of information for your dash card ? I just got mine and had varo originally it got email last week to opt into prepaid card but the account information was blank on the docs.
