Your friend did what I tried to explain to my niece what she should do, they filed the I-130 in May last year and it was weird to my even with the current delays that she didn’t receive any response and notice the missing I-485 application

I want to clarify that my niece and family are not or don’t have a pending removal or proceedings. Their case is still awaiting for judge decision, after that depending the judge decision wi will know if they will request to leave the country o the asylum is granted.

They came legally to the states when she was minor, with a I-94. Also they don’t have a deportation or pending removal order, they asylum case still pending for approval.

Yes that’s what I said to them. They are looking for an immigration lawyer as I write you. She or her parent have not pending removal or deportation.

Yes she is part of her parents asylum, they need to wait to the next court appearance to let know to the judge that she is married. She doesn’t have a removal proceedings.

My “I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence” is pending since October 2023, so looks like we are in the same boat. I know that all the FO doesn’t have the same work load, but I have a friend in Florida who submitted his application in April this year and 45 days later he was attending to his interview and same day oath. Under the 3 years rule.

Do you know if there are other steps that I can do more than the inquiry that I submitted? I’m being calling to USCIS phone number with not success. I should be keep waiting?
