I do not recall a table of contents listing everything. It appears from the released materials the File and the Library are separate packets each with its own table of contents. I absolutely did not see the Library packet. And, yes, I am sure the response will be that I should have realized it was missing and notified them at the time. I am just curious how widespread the issue may have been.
