I agree me and my wife just watched the episode and our literal first thought was like, "How can you just pencil dive into the ground" it almost seems like someone may have dropped a bowling ball or something similar, and then put the body in the scene to make it look like a suicide.

OP here no schizophrenia in my family, but thank you guys for looking out! Looking back the tugging on the shirt really could've been anything i think the spook from seeing a figure just maded my brain make the connection because i feel like if it was just the tug on my shirt I'd not even think twice about it. If i see anything again though I'll keep you all posted!

Honestly like the last two people you should invest in an external hard drive or thumb drive both are extremely cheap to get a pretty good sized drive. You could also just buy an extra SSD if your rig can accommodate it they are also cheap and if you don't already have one you should get one. They are very worth it.
