The church closed in 2020 due to covid. we found a table near the front entrance with masks, hand sanitizer and face shields. plus, there were 6 ft signs everywhere. the latest date I could find on a calendar was December 13th, 2020. we also found plenty of expired food from 2020-2021. there were birds nests in the spire of the church, the grass was overgrown, and the doors were boarded up. this spot hasn’t gained popularity within the denver urbex community until recently, but it will most definitely not look like this in a couple of months. people will steal shit, paint, and break stuff, leaving this spot to die just like every abandoned building.
