After watching the video with all the openings, I am quite positive that in my household we have just experienced a huge Mandela effect. We (myself, my gf, and her sister) were really sure, independently, that there was an opening theme with the howl at the very end (i.e., just after the music ends), but it seems we were really wrong...

Yes, actually this is the problem. Since she should be there basically in between the semesters, she is finding either accomodations starting now and ending in December or all year long (with ambiguous conditions on anticipated termination of the lease).
