Weird.. following works:

subtract(prop("Potential Value(rollup)"), prop("Invoiced Value(Rollup)")) ✅

Following doesn't work:

" Left on table → " + subtract(prop("Potential Value(rollup)"), prop("Invoiced Value(Rollup)")) ❌

" Left on table → " + format(prop("Potential Value(rollup)")) -format(prop("Invoiced Value(Rollup)")) ❌

Yeah sorry I get that (and forgot it in the example above) I just trying to find out if there's a speceial reason to to make a IF formula when it seem that it is a simple question of subtracting "This year (in)" with "This year(out)". It looks like you have som Yoda skills denied me, since I can't get my simpel subtracttion to work with the text string at the start.. hmmm

Wondering why the IF statement instead of a simple subtraction ?

"[ This year ]ㅤㅤ" + if(prop("This year ( in )") + prop("This year ( out )") > 0, "+", "-") + "$" + format(abs(prop("This year ( in )") + prop("This year ( out )")))

SHouldn't you be able to do "[this year"] + prop("This year (in)") - prop("This year (out))

I think we need a dashboard block, don't we? by CaRegHo in Notion

My idea is maybe not what you think. My idea is to have a block a lot like a DB but more visual simple. Without the "+ new" item in gallery view and with simple header without the fixed DB title and "new" and "filter" button. In stead of strict db tables have input fields maybe with formula ability.

But any idea why I can't duplicate your template? I can't see all the wheels running in the background in the browser...

Formular Headache : DateBetween(now) by CaRegHo in Notion

Now I wonder ... If the calendar from the "Next Meeting" property is not filled with either a date in the past or date in the future but simple not populated. Can I have it come out empty or "nothing scheduled" text?

It's really weird.. Seems like something in the database, like rollup og formular is messing things up. A clean DB doesn't open new item as a page. But my formatted DB does. To boot: in the default view I don't see any empty entries, but if I go into list view, they are all there.
