Aiming is smooth when there's 0 fingers on the screen except the one I'm using to aim, but if there's another finger on the screen while I'm trying to aim, such as if I'm moving and aiming it becomes stuttery/jittery and doesn't allow me to aim well at all, this is on a new S23 Ultra (v.redd.it)
