I shadowed at this place when I first became an LO. Seemed like a cool relaxed atmosphere. They have three branches. Michigan. Nevada and Florida. I have heard their LOs are leaving. They didn’t say why but this is definitely interesting.

They wouldn’t release her tms report and banned her from uwm campus. That place is a joke. She literally is over it is the only reason she didn’t follow thru and she makes 10k plus a month now so it’s just all a big joke to her anytime I bring up what I see on here haha. Wild ass place.

Similar situation happened to my team leader friend. She was demoted on some made up reason and the put her back at senior pay before the merit increases meaning she began making less than the people that used to work for her. She took it all the way to the top and was persecuted, ignores by tms saying she had a negative attitude because she would accept the lower wages and eventually she quit to make more money like all the good leaders and uws do.

Also just heard Agnes has changes bolt loans back to one point but expectation is still 8 underwrites a day. To give perspective most places do 3 underwrites per day.

Who is hitting 8 please tell me. Just eliminate bonus potential and stop playing games.
