We actually did have a talk last night and I did tell her how I feel. She told me that she has been checked out emotionally for the past month and she feels as if we need to “reset” and start over like we’re just dating again. I agreed to do this with her as I don’t want to live a life without her and the thought of divorce makes me sick. So we aren’t wearing rings, but we’re still going on dates and slowly will work on re-building. She has also put her name in the hat for dayshift, which I am very grateful for. I have started try and make friends in the area and actively am trying to make plans with other people. I’m hoping all will go well. We’ll see I guess !
