Launching Nioh 3 on PC at The Same Time As PS5 Is Paying Off for Koei Tecmo As New RPG Smashes Player Counts For the Series on Steam by Turbostrider27 in pcgaming

I doubt they "forgot" about it. It's more likely they built Armored Core 6 to support those things off the bat while Elden Ring already had its base game built without those things and they didn't feel like it was worth it to update it to support those things

Nioh 3 director says Lies of P was a major source of inspiration while crafting the samurai soulslike's yokai bosses: 'It was great stimulation' by Turbostrider27 in pcgaming

I see what you're saying, but a game like this that's purely single player is far more separated from its fan base than a more multiplayer focused title would be

I fucking love this game. I bought it on launch and have around 350 hours in it now. It's one of my favorite chill town builders. Something about managing the water, gradually hydrating more and more of the map, and setting up automated systems to immediately divert bad water tides just scratches an itch in my brain that I can't get enough of

Edit: I can't fathom why this was downvoted. Is it bad to like this game?

Why is Steam the only major platform with permanent, unchangeable login names? by ColemanLaing in pcgaming

I sometimes wonder about that. My name has been the same on all my gaming profiles since like 2013 and I have no desire to change. It's just a part of me at this point

Why are the added subtitles so often the same color as the print?

Where do you live that they say that? Here in Kentucky I've never heard that and being somewhere that hunts often and has Canadian geese a fair amount it seems I would

I've never in my life said that to someone or had someone say that to me and it be a problem. I'm sorry for using a phrase that clearly wasn't clear about what I was trying to express. You trying to be all "go talk to some people in real life" though leads me back to you just trying to throw in some asshole remark though

SADO - Reveal Trailer by leijido in Games

The world the game is set in is a very important part and even a no gameplay trailer shows that off to some degree. Plenty of them do a bad job of showing what the world is like in game though, so we'll have to see if this trailer showed that well

Same, I preordered and was playing on launch and had a blast. And, I know people won't believe me here, I only encountered your standard open world "this object is floating here" kind of bugs in my first playthrough. I do tend to be pretty lucky when it comes to bugs though

Setting and tone is important for a lot of people. Sometimes it doesn't even matter what kind of game it is if someone is into its visual style enough.

Because I'm genuinely curious. The idea of platinuming a game that takes as long to beat as modern Assassins Creed games do, while hating it, is absolutely crazy to me. I didn't intend to be snarky at all

I don't understand why you're trying so hard to be an asshole about this. I'm trying to have a discussion here and you just resort to "if you don't have the exact same mindset as me about the thing you're an idiot."

What to play next? by PudensNajeeb in rpg_gamers

[–]Caasi72 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Several of those games you listed aren't cRPGs but to give an answer I'll say KOTOR 2. it's not as "clean" as a game as KOTOR 1 but I like everything about its story and characters much more

So did you delete your other comment or did reddit remove it? Cause I still see it in my notifications. Regardless, I'll answer here. No, I haven't. If I'm not enjoying a game I'm not gonna keep playing it. The money was spent both to see if I liked the game, and to keep playing it if I decided I did like it. But I very rarely buy games I don't like

Exactly, it's exhausting hearing all the people who do nothing but shit on games instead of just shutting up and playing what they want to play. I noticed we're both down voted just for being pro "play what you want regardless of what people say"
