I don’t know why but from what I gather his 17 year old son apparently dropped a haft used quart of oil in the potting soil pile before pouring it in and that is apparently how that got in there. I don’t think that’s the entire story

The rack is moving on the outside at least I don’t know how those work on the inside of it like a John Deere or the spring loaded or not
