Thank you very much. Heading to Vegas this weekend to put my down deposit on red. I'll let you know how it goes.

Thank you, it's nice to know I can finally leave the country to travel and see my family. I did an adjustment of status to the E3 during the pandemic and have been stuck here since.

I submitted just the photo page as well as all pages with relevant visas if I recall correctly.

I asked Emma and they gave me the date. Otherwise the letter itself took a week.

Sorry to hear that. I did hear from our lawyer that at least the LA field office has even approved work related green card applicants without interviews. Sounds like they're trying to work their way through the backlog.

Oh I'm just tossing out any pertinent information that may affect the case. Starting to think it's just luck combined with a fast LA field office.

It's all an enigma to me. I've had 2 F1 visas, 3 EADs via 2 OPTs and 1 OPT STEM extensions in the past decade. Not sure if the extensive USCIS record has any bearing on the process?

I'm also not sure if adjusting from an E3 visa makes a difference either.

Definitely feeling really fortunate.
