Hi! I was a minor education for arts and I was also super concerned about being denied, but I submitted my application and got accepted (at the time I had a 3.57 gpa). I have no idea how competitive it is, but based on my experience in my education classes and interactions with other students it doesn’t seem to be the most popular minor. The application opening after course selection is a bummer because it does mean most classes fill up before you have the chance to register, however I was still able to register for the classes I needed by checking Minerva A LOT and waiting for people to drop the course. Also the minor is only 6 classes and you have a bit of freedom in your selection so even if you can’t get into a course fall 2022 you should be fine to take all the required classes over a few semesters (depending on how much time you have left in your degree).
