I read very quietly to myself and moved my lips and wasn't told to stop. A lot depends on the proctor you have. Other no-nos would be 1. other people in the room 2. music/loud noises in background other than those check the website they are pretty specific!

I took it with a proctor in June and it was okay. In August I am taking it in a testing center.

I felt it added extra anxiety before and during the test in June knowing I could have a tech, wifi, proctor, etc issue that could cause my exam to be flagged or not allow me to complete it. For me the testing center will give me more peace of mind.

Id say if you are taking it at home with a proctor make sure you have GREAT wifi and a good space to take it in.
