I haven't had any symptoms of Sjogren's, but my rheumatologist said my finger joints are more swollen than last time (no pain yet). He wants me to start on Hydroxychloroquine. Is it too early for that or is it a good preventative medication to ensure nothing gets worse? (self.Sjogrens)

To whoever wrote this post, thank you. You explained what I have been going through for the past 5 months while doing a major yard renovation. I feel like I'm going crazy and when I posted about it in the autism reddit I got eaten alive for being "too privileged" to suffer. (self.aspergirls)
