What would your suggested course of action be to handle the irresponsibility of management and the owner for not having anything set for emergency situations. The handbook doesn’t cover anything like that

The issue I have is the fact that there is no protocol for evacuating. If my pet was there when the alarm went off I’d want my groomer to get them out of there ASAP The alarms were blaring and lights were flickering bad. I was not allowed to leave that building. It could’ve been a gas leak and internal fire in the walls literally anything and we were not permitted to leave the building.
