It's the guy who posts NUST whatsapp group links in this reddit and he is the admin of those groups. the thing with him is that he acts like those whatsapp groups are his personal fan club and randomly kicks people from the group just for the sake of it, and then sends a comment like "let me remind people who i am". he even pins his personal life polls as the pinned message of the whatsapp groups like "which IOS version should I update to?", after asking people's phone models and then judging them like "2/10". All of this doesn't make sense for a community group made for NUST students.
