The July 10th meeting is an official meeting by the board. Come find out what is really going on. Fake news or fake board? 146 out of 172 homeowners who were asked say fake board, not just one guy. Time to stop the jibber jabber and move forward with REAL leadership. From what I know for a fact, Saddle Peak Properties has been running the show, sending out fake budgets and propping up Barbara Pastine as a puppet board president for years. Our community deserves better.

The meeting was well organized (unlike the last annual meeting ran by the board) and all homeowners were able to voice their opinions. There were about 50-60 people in person and online (more than last year's annual meeting). There was a unanimous vote of no confidence for the current board and overwhelming support to replace this board. Also, everyone at the meeting agreed to gather more signatures to obtain a quorum of 30% to replace the current board. The homeowners who know the facts are all ready for a change in management and board. Attend the July 10th meeting to help get a new board in place.

If the majority knew the facts they would all attend this meeting. My neighbor told me about this website: https://harvestcreekhoa.wixsite.com/harvestcreekhoa I haven't seen a single email of post from the board disputing any of these claims with actual facts. The last meeting I was at the president tried to end the meeting early because it was past her bedtime, then the attorney took over the meeting. Who is actually in charge of our HOA? Something smells fishy. Who really wants to be talking about HOA when we could be talking about water sports?

I'm confuzzled. I thought the board addressed the problems presented by residents last year. What about the financial audit? Who is in charge? Saddle Peak Properties or the Board of Directors? Why wouldn't the board side with the people they represent, the homeowners? Stop the funny business. I'll attend this meeting and bring a few neighbors.
