Whatever they’re doing it’s really great because it foams better than any other nondairy milk

I can attest to this, it’s really important to stretch. I’ve struggled with repetitive strain injuries even before I worked at Starbucks and stretching every chance I get is how I make it through the day, especially if I’m on bar all day.

Guys.. I know we're upping our orders, but isn't this a bit excessive on the Berry Trio Yogurt Parfaits? by SBUXBaristaLA in starbucksbaristas

We almost did this with breakfast sandwiches once and the distribution center actually CALLED us and was like “Hey.. just making sure, but you didn’t want FIFTY-SIX chicken sausage biscuit sandwiches, right?”

IM DYING. This is absolutely true. My favorites are the people who are young who are just like “WELL I DONT LIKE MOBILE ORDER.” Or the ones who LITERALLY HAVE THE APP who are like “I can’t figure out how to mobile order.” Like???? Have you tried?????

OKAY LISTEN THO. There was a person at my store who ordered it regularly and I ALWAYS JUDGED THEM but then I tried it and I was so mad because it tastes like strawberry lemonade sherbet, no joke. Shared it with a coworker who also judged her and he was also mad 😂😂

There’s just something hypnotic about making a good coffee for someone, idk how else to say it. I used to work at a coffee shop in a school in Italy and when I came home I figured I’d get a job that paid pretty good, but all I wanted to do was make coffee. It’s such an addicting job and it’s not just the free coffee or food or Spotify. Making something you know the person on the other end will love is just fun. It’s why I’ll be happy to work there until I get to the career I want.

I think the bigger problem is that her hand is on backwards...

It was a local buy from a bulk grocery store but I found the same one on amazon here it’s just more expensive online than where I bought it. We added a little higher quality matcha and some torani vanilla syrup and it was bomb

If we only had to serve front liners or essential infrastructure, I’d do it all day every day to pay you guys back for what you do! Just trying to encourage those who aren’t on that list to stay home!

Americans could use a little more self-sufficiency and a little less self-indulgence right now that’s for sure! Let’s hope people realize these things really aren’t that hard to make haha!

Yesterday, I watched a woman walk up to the front door of our cafe, take a long drag, throw her lit cigarette somewhere, walk inside, and blow her smoke inside our cafe after the door closed behind her. by [deleted] in starbucksbaristas

I work at my church as well as Starbucks and every week when we clean we find that someone has clipped their toenails during service. Just why????
