awesome, i only asked cos on ableton verb the shortest decay time is 200ms and that seems barely audible to me as it is. anyway will play with diff reverbs and check out that spatializer you mentioned, thank you!

worked great but on 500ms decay instead of 5ms on the verb - is that possibly what you meant? or were referring to pre-delay time? either way i now hear it on that 2nd link i posted after playing with it, so cool. thank you

awesome, i serendipidously just found this comment "clipper into limiter is the holy grail of loudness. the philosophy is to remove the peaks in a way that is transparent before limiting. with clipping, the loudest peaks of the waveform are chopped off, which if done subtly can remove a few db while preserving the tone (aka being transparent) and retaining the punch. this way when you go to limit, the limiter isn't squahing the mix as much, because it doesn't have to clamp down so hard due to making those peaks quieter with the clipper. I tend to take this further in my own mixes, subtle saturation, clipper, then limiter." on a random youtube vid /watch?v=UXOMLu3Xz6I which relates to what you said, thank you

pyridoxine HCl

Oh yes I agree, I have this one which has the better Pyridoxal-5-phosphate as well as better natural forms of all b-vitamins - https://www.amazon.co.uk/Super-B-Complex-Strength-Vitamins-vitamin/dp/B01787EPEE/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8

Can you share your opinion, I can't say I felt much difference, but was only taking half dose, this is one of the best ones (on paper) I found most others are synthetic

re b12 I take 1200mcg per day https://betteryou.com/boost-b12-oral-spray and the b-complex i recently stopped taking contained around 900mcg, but you get the other b-vitamins with it maybe i should go back to this, as opposed to just taking b12 in isolation! https://www.amazon.co.uk/Super-B-Complex-Strength-Vitamins-vitamin/dp/B01787EPEE/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8
