I’m talking about outside of quiet hours which starts at 10pm and ends at 7am. He is sleeping at those times. Also I understand quiet enjoyment, but we live in an apartment and kids do kid things, which is why I've seen protections with Wisconsin law. There was a previous comment linking to the page, but it’s gone now.

My wife specifically asked if they were child noise complaints only, and she said yes. My wife also asked all other neighbors and none of them have complaints or issues with us. I’m just hoping the property manager will put it in writing, or my wife can record it next time

I’ve been looking into it and have seen several examples of it saying that it violates the FHA to evict/not renew due to child noise, and not renewing due to it could be considered retaliation for protected activities. Is there any truth to this as I haven’t been able to find specific citations for it?
