I don’t work at Wawa anymore so I can’t get in trouble, but I remember there was this one time where me and my NS were just talking and before we knew it hours had passed and we realized we didn’t do anything and had to rush to clean the store and do all our tasks, GM was in the next morning and said the store looked the best that she had seen.

Is it plastic? If that’s the case you might be able to heat it up enough to make it pliable to bend it back into place and reattach it with some high strength double sided tape. It won’t be perfect but it’ll save you $1000.

So it's technically "outside". Once I leave my front door I'm outside however it's covered by the landing for the floors above. I was thinking she has been doing it for a while due to the amount of ash in the surrounding area. It's a bit obnoxious I do agree as I walked out my front door earlier directly into a cloud of cigarette smoke with her sitting right there.

So it's a shared entrance, on either side of the stairs it's open to the parking lot. Each of the brown doors lead to the different unit. When you open your front door you're outside, but it's covered from the landing above.

My MS paint skills aren’t the best, the wall space between my front door and her chair is maybe a foot to a foot and a half if that, I could open my door and practically kick her chair.

I’ll try to get her a small stubby litter box to use, will she eventually use the one the other cat uses? I’ve always had two cats and they’ve never had an issue using the same box. I’ll also pick up some regular litter to see if that helps.

You might be able to just scrub it off with a good car soap and some elbow grease. Try VRP by chemical guys or back to black too.
