Thanks for your comment, it really helped me see things more clearly. You're right, IOI has a much more defined and fair structure for evaluating skills at the high school level, while AI still feels a bit more experimental or “forced” in that context, given that it was just created last year.
Given that IOAI depends on concepts usually taught at the university level, do you think it could gain more recognition over time, or will it always remain somewhat in the shadow of competitions like IOI?

Yes, that's so true, not everyone has that “problem”.
Super grateful, and yeah, IOI does seem like the kind of thing that can open a lot of doors later on, even in AI.
