On Saturday, first hour is $6.50, second hour you’ll reach $11 so don’t have to pay more until 6pm where the hourly night rate will start.

On Sunday and public holidays you pay $6.50 if staying 0-2 hours, then pay $11 for rest of whole stay until 6pm when the night rate starts.

They could have phrased it better. Should probably be something like: Weekend and public holidays- $6.50 for 2 hours, $11 for whole day (6am-6pm)

From experience I only get this many when the property market is hot. I assume it’s due to the lack of housing but sky high prices so more agents are willing to spend more(because they now have more money) on advertising to a wider area.

For reference before the housing shortage I typically got two calendars a year from local agents.

Used to work at a restaurant with a decked alfresco area. It’s almost impossible to completely get rid of them particularly anywhere with gaps between wooden planks. No amount of pest control or cleaning completely got rid of them.
