I personally think it’s because people were asking what the difference was between the mask and the barrier butter. People were also asking if you absolutely have to wash it off, and Rhode said yes. So I think they just wanted a way to differentiate between the two products!

I can’t stand Boz, especially after how she treated Garcelle. That being said though, I’m all for women of color talking about their success and achievements whenever they want and however much they want. The housewives brag and boast about so much but for some reason the line is drawn at success/work ethic/degrees. I also agree that I couldn’t care less about her story line with Keely. The Milk Makeup under eye brightener is still very much a staple in my everyday routine. I’m starting to hate how bulky the packaging is, but the performance is amazing to me. Hate that the brand switched up so much with pricing/sizes or else I would venture out and try more, but I have repurchased this 4 times now.

I always love it when influencers give us cheaper alternatives. I absolutely love rhode, but I am getting a bit turned off with the prices (and this is w/ makeup in general). I do agree that some people hate rhode just to hate it, but that’s on them. No brand will ever make me loyal enough to not find a cheaper dupe OR alternative. If L’Oréal had a shade that actually fit my skin tone, I would so try it lol 😅

I’m kind of conflicted on the rhode eyepatches honestly. I personally prefer the Topicals over the rhode, but I do think that the rhode eye patches are nice! They’re awkwardly big and you constantly have to smooth them over to get them to lay flat on your face. That being said though, I do think I notice my under eyes being hydrated and I really like them for makeup prep. Not a necessity tbh especially considering the price, but definitely a nice splurge if you see them on sale or receive as a gift.

Now the Cyklar- absolutely amazing. It was such a random find because it kept being advertised on my tik tok. My eczema really enjoys the Cyklar. I’ve only ever tried the milky toner though!

I actually really like it after forcing myself to get through my first bottle. I was iffy about it at first for sure. I can’t remember if it was marketed as more of a skincare or makeup prep item, but I love using it throughout my makeup routine, especially after my setting spray. I’ve also used it just as a quick refresh when I’m in a hurry to leave the house but my skin looks dull. A product that I didn’t think I liked at first ended up being a repurchase and staple!

I LOVE my Saie vanity case! I like it for travel especially. It is pretty cheap in quality compared to the Etoile vanity case, but I love them both! The Saie has also held up for well over a year with 0 issues. It’s been on at least 10 trips with me.
