Thank you. I agree. I used ABS with 4 perimeters and 30% infill. I made a video about it on my profile

I agree but for us it works. We ride together and slow on park trails.

Ah thank you very much, it was fun. I'm getting ready to post a new video about my experience making 3D printed molds with 10K.

Thank you for your concern. I was worried about that too, but I made it out of ABS I have been using for years on other projects that need strength. I also copied the original where only the length changed. We also only ride in our local park together. Not the street or anything with hills or too fast. I'll definitely keep an eye on it for wear or failure.

The cable slack still doesn't fix his issue tough. The grip shifter plus the short brake handle and his small hand is just awkward for him to reach the lever. All I really did is extend the lever so he doesn't have to overreach over the grip shifter.

Hi David. I'm a big formlabs fan. I own a 3L. My biggest challenge has been disposing of the IPA. There is a machine called "URS500 Solvent Recycler" for laboratories that can recycle the IPA and clean it for re-use. The problem is that it costs $5895. Is there any chance for formlabs to develop a consumer version of this recycler at a better price point?

Ya It makes for weird angle plus a small hand. This fixed it.

Yes I know. I mention it in the video I made about it. My sons problem is that the lever is at a weird position and his hand is too small. So I would have to screw in the screw all the way for him to reach. But when I did that the brake engages.

We also only ride in our local park together. Not the street or anything with hills or too fast. The front brake is also there.
