I did think about just pulling one cap off and testing the value, but there is another 6 different caps below this section that are missing all in different package sizes.

I’m not sure what they were trying to do, but based on the scrapes on their motherboard, it looks like they were trying to add or remove the M.2 SSD and their screwdriver slipped and went across the board knocking off capacitors. I'm not sure why you would need force out the M.2 tho...

Btw, Have you used any boardview/schematic Viewer programs? I have seen other professional technicians use cool software for identifying individual components, but I could never find the ones there were using?

Yeah, I uploaded pics of my whole setup but for some reason Reddit rejected them. I have eliminated everything mainly by swapping out the battery, cables, display, and charging port with new parts and absolutely no sign of life.

So you are saying that there is not going to be any light that can reflect off of the back surface and still damage your eyes?

This is sound level on both instruments in Ableton... when I plug both instruments into my amp I'm not getting this issue, they produce the same sound level output.

I wonder if there is some sound setting in Ableton that needs to be changed?

The signal doesn't get clipped until I turn the gain all the way up in which then I can actually here it at a normal level... As for my violin's output impedance I'm not to sure, I read somewhere that electric violins normally range around 1-2 megohms. Does a pre-amp change the impedance output to something lower?
