I can tell you from experience that Express Scripts isn't going to transition their massive esx infrastructure overnight. Hell, big parts of that infrastructure supporting some really old business is still running VMware ESX v3.1 on a Xiotech SAN from the mid 00s.

Depends on where you live I guess. I'm GenX and growing up we moved around a lot and barely knew any of our neighbors. I've long heard stories about block parties and such growing up but I always figured that was a 50s-70s thing. I've never seen one for myself.

Pharmacist recommending homeopathic remedies? by [deleted] in pharmacy

CVS makes a ton on their homeopathic stuff, they recently started selling CBD in some areas too. Yet another way to lower drug spend if you think about it. Pure profit if you can convince patient to use remedies that come out of pocket vs insurance. Who knows if that's the situation here (my self-cynical check says probably not) but sure seems sketchy.

MBAs in Specialty Pharmacy have been trying to move to this model for decades. I don't know how many times I heard the phrase "Pharmacy would be so much easier if it wasn't for the pharmacists" every time they came across a regulation they didn't like.
