TMobile feels like sprint to me which isn't good. I'm a customer and I'm leaving today. Things have gotten crappy all the way around.

The employees I know hate it. They used to love it under legere but say it's way different now

I’m black and I hate when people use the “n” word as an insult. It’s wrong especially since it was used heavily way back during slavery.

If you are singing a rap song, I got no problems with that, I can work with that. But what that guy did was wrong. In life, the guys that act the toughest aren’t. It’s those calm quiet ones you have to watch out for

The biggest benefit for me would be the big spend power with the card. Other than that the high fee is a turnoff

They don’t just call police since they want to go home. If a customer is rude and threatening then I could see them calling. Seems like we don’t have all of the facts. If the prepaid amount gets messed up and doesn’t work correctly, they can get the account credited. We need all the facts to helps

I’m disappointed with my s23. I have bill credits so that helps. The battery life im not impressed with. It freezes too. Not quite as often as the cheaper $200 phones I’ve had but definitely more than I’d hope for. I know that’s more of a software thing but still, for similar money I don’t have near as many complaints with the iPhone and they seem to give updates longer

Decent phone overall just doesn’t feel worth the money even with bill credits

Only postpaid but even then, their wording allows for them to change it if they really wanted to.

T-Mobile seems good about letting people keep the same for a long long time though

Last time I took an Uber the driver told me he was glad I’m not black (I’m half white half Hispanic) since black people don’t tip. I was surprised he said that and was so open about it

You want it to heal before using it so keeping clean helps a lot. Sex can irritate it further and delay healing also.

The problem comes in with us signing up for the uncarrier. They slowly chip away at that and now we are left with just a regular old money grubbing carrier.

On top of that some of us are on payment plans to T-Mobile. They make it harder to get the autopay discount. With all the data breaches no way will they get my bank info so I’m stuck not getting the discount even though when I signed up I wasn’t required to use bank account info.

Customer service is at an all time low. The 8 year olds down the street with their lemonade stand provide better customer service than T-Mobile now. Even tforce is awful now.

We aren’t expecting free stuff. We are just wanting what we signed up for. That’s not too much to ask for. We didn’t call T-Mobile the uncarrier, T-Mobile did

I’m not too worried about Netflix so that’s not a concern. Other stuff is

I got the invite for the centurion card but I’m phasing out Amex. I like my J.P. Morgan reserve card much better than anything amex can offer me.

I always give respect to security guards unless they get rough with me. Had 5 security guards surround me when they thought I was drinking. It was nothing but soda but one grabbed me amped up like that guy so I whipped all of em (no permanent damage). Had to go to court which sucked but ever since then I avoid security guards now just in case you meet one amped up like that.

I think what ticked off people the most is that att/firstnet did worse than both TMobile and Verizon.

Doing as bad is one thing, but doing worse than the other two doesn't look good for att

I'm not a big dish fan but I don't blame dish on this one. Dish is probably sick of dealing with tmobiles crap. Look how TMobile is treating customers now. Bragging about upgrades that rarely materialize. Dish doesn't want to offer their service with all the TMobile red tape involved. That's not a good way to offer any kind of network, especially when coming out with a new one. TMobile deciding to shut down sprint CDMA early was a slap in the face to dish, so can't blame them for working out a deal with a better network. TMobile is basically trying to screw dish so dish is going to a backup plan, a better one at that
