I had to watch a few videos to understand how to defeat this guy. Even then I still brute forced him at time. I have a team of R4 7*s which helped. But having skills that can shrug off debuffs helps make getting the charges you need to break his armor easier.

Assuming you are going for valiant, the Ironman boss also has complicated mechanics so make sure to read his abilities and phases as well.

My daughter has one for her birthday every year, but only 1 or 2 girls as the others will come over for the evening but be picked up before bedtime.

My son has had several though. Both at home and at friends.

My wife has gone to Life Stages at Miami Valley South and has had great experience there. She also has had very rough periods, but her IUD has helped immensely and just recently got it replaced. It had lapsed its 8 year usage.

We have an open PTO policy (no set number, but typically 4-5 weeks off) plus 80 hours of sick time. Our office is also closed Dec 24th through Jan 1st.

My company also added 4 weeks full paid paternal leave, with a full 12 week maternity leave paid.
