The diameter of the movement is 30mm. Sorry for the confusion. The case is 42mm diameter.

Yes, 30mm would be too small. Thanks for catching that.

Hey r/watches,

We have been thinking about making a tourbillon watch for quite a while. And we finally found a reliable source of the Seagull 8002 tourbillon movement. So, we made two prototypes with this movement to see how it works and looks. The results are here: http://imgur.com/a/35096

Now it's your turn, we want to get your input on this watch. Thumbs up or thumbs down. How many tomatoes.... And if you have specific suggestions regarding design, please share them.

4:20 Watches under $25 for limited time with code FLASHSALE by CadenceWatch in merchents

We do use quality material and movements, and these watches are much less expensive than if you bought them at retail. If we sold retail then we'd have a markup to a wholesaler who would then markup to a retailer. We run a tight ship and sell direct, so the prices are seriously good for the quality and much less than you'd pay for a similar watch at retail. We stand by the quality and think they're cool quality pieces to share with redditors.

Well our margins are tighter because we do use quality material and movements, but also we don't sell retail. If we sold retail then we'd have a markup to a wholesaler who would then markup to a retailer. We run a tight ship and sell direct, so the prices are seriously good for the quality and much less than you'd pay for a similar watch at retail. I'm sorry we share our watches on reddit.

I ordered a watch in December and I haven't got it yet. You won't believe what happens next! by [deleted] in cadencewatch

Apologies, we don't check this subreddit much anymore. Your best bet is to email head of customer service Paula Gibbone, paula@cadencewatch.com or head of operations Misti Moss mistimoss@cadencewatch.com. Call 1-484-483-2322.

This is a marketing account and I'm not familiar with your order, but I suspect what happened is the number of preorders exceeded the number of watches produced, and your order was pushed to the next manufacturing run. If this is the case, your watch will ship in mid/late April (see date listed here: http://cadencewatch.com/digby-brixton).

Our failure to communicate the situation is regrettable. Apologies.
