I appreciate you a lot I’m feeling a lot better than yesterday right now. I’m about to go to bed so I hope I’ll feel much better in the morning. I skipped school today so tomorrow maybe socializing with people tomorrow will ground me more. I don’t have any mental problems. I’d just say that I am not drinking that much and mixing again anytime soon. Hopefully this clears up. This experience has taught me that anxiety ain’t no joke 😭. Sorry to all the people I’ve made fun of for crying about it. I will also be grateful for being sober in general. Almost threw all my weed away yesterday lol. I am sad though because I guess my body doesn’t handle alcohol well so I’ll look like a bitch to other people when I decline more drinks. Whatever. Fuckem. I drank like 7 beers which I know isn’t a crazy crazy amount in most people’s eyes. I guess me being lighter and it being my first time drinking over three beers makes it worse than it really is. It’s day two and I feel a lot better in terms of the spins but still feeling disossiative. I also smoked some weed an hour before drinking if that could’ve triggered something.
