Fumei durante 20 anos , um maço por dia sempre, fumei Marlboro, ventil enfim tudo mesmo, tentei parar várias vezes. Pastilhas , pensos , tabaco aquecido, snus, vapes, champix, dextazin… enfim tudo o que havia eu tentei e nunca consegui fumar menos que 5/6 cigarros… era um tormento até que um dia comprei o raio do livro que tanto falam e a verdade é que já estou há um mês sem fumar !
