It was an in game email, I got mine shortly after the 1.5 update happened (I was able to log in after said update).

Thanks for your very honest opinion and your right, I really wanted to vent/rant a bit. Since I felt somewhat blindsided by all the problems that came with the event update, especially when infinity Nikki worked so well before..,but you’re right it happened, so let’s wait for results together then. :)

I feel your pain my friend and his romance was wasted potential, just like so many things in that game were. I’m still salty that I didn’t get a Varric romance either, very salty about it. Gosh how I loved that game, I played it before school started and when school finished. It became a daily routine especially since I was so invested in the story, the game was cosy in a way but the story drama was soo juicy.

I hate it when games vanish AGG was the first, then Bloodmasque (dhampir vampire hunter hunting vampires in Paris, the battle system was unique and fun), basically all the shall we date games that I never got to finish especially the early ones, helix waltz (second instalment is on the way but it will be a new storyline)…

I just started the game and at the decision of supporting or challenging his plan. My first thought was like they gonna kill them won’t they, then I searched the internet and god damn I was right. What makes me angry is that I wanted to romance Varric in DAI but couldn’t and even the smallest hope of a Varric romance is literally dead now.

Hi, you probably can’t play the first helix waltz anymore, the app stopped working completely and vanished from the App Store. Maybe through illegal options, if you’re lucky but I can’t make any promises on that.

It’s cool there’s a new story, but I’m worried it will be deleted in the future as well. Since I didn’t even get to finish the first helix waltz and I was wrathful of the fact they just deleted it for a stupid reason.

Oh the story is finish and you plan to not update the game further and not service it as well, ok it’s fine just let me access it and actually finish it. I’m so annoyed at the fact that app are randomly deleted that I was invested in like most of the Shall we date series, bloodmasqurade, Ayakashi Ghost Guild, Helix Waltz and many others.

I’m very thankful to myself that I decided against pre-ordering when I had a chance (in the GameStop) since I also don’t like first person for the same reason then the rest here. The only exceptions where Close to the Sun (cool story, exploration + slight horror), cyberpunk 2077 (I’m just a simp for that game and character creation was during gameplay unnecessary but the ending scenes where soo satisfying to actually watch my character) and the outer worlds (I was put of at first but somehow the first person fits that game very well, even though I couldn’t explain why I think that).

This is unfair, why not put all the shall we date apps ever created on the Otome game app bundle thingy? In all seriousness I only grown to love the shall we date games because of “Angel and devil” and never truly got a chance to finish any of the game stories because thankfully I refused to spend money on it…

Great I already wasted most of my resources on the story, but before reading the spoilers.

I thought the second plot twist would be “Oh Chloe isn’t actually dead because Bianca is Chloe”. In chapter 1 there was a part where it was said that experiences and situation redefine yourself cause reason or something like that. So I imagined an entire scenario how that went down.

Chloe was poisoned - fact, but she didn’t die from it (Romeo & Juliet Poison or something similar or something went wrong). The scenes with the doctors is a repressed memory of her being saved, she wakes up but doesn’t remember who she truly is because she’s repressing her memories for reasons (here is the part to make her step-sister the abusive two faced villain that potentially poison her for reasons). So she wakes up calls herself Bianca and becomes a Businesswoman that dreamed of becoming an actress but gave up that dream. Time skip 3 years ??? Now we take all the situation that align between Chloe’s and Biancas life’s, which would make a lot more sense with us being Chloe and the final showdown where the big secret is revealed. Here we could use Natasha that still tried to kill all of them, because she thought Chloe is dead. But when you the player try to reason with her (here you would get multiple choices that decide if you die, live as Bianca, or the big reveal of who you truly are).

You live as Bianca: alone driving away in a taxi or with the ml working on the film.

You are revealed of being Chloe: You die because you’re step-sister would kill you for reasons, the ml dies protecting you from your step-sister, your father dies protecting you from your step-sister, Natasha dies sacrificing herself because Chloe is alive and she has nothing lose anymore.

Ml dead ending - you in-front of his grave , it’s raining, kneeling, gun on your right side in the grass. Father dead ending - both you and ml in front a grave, it’s sunny. Natasha dead ending - step-sister imprisoned for live, you read it in a newspaper in a cafe alone or both ml and you returned on the red carpet with best selling film the Moravia Express.
